ABOUT THE ROLE
The Account Director is a central leadership role within Faux, spanning key pillars of strategic development and project implementation for both local and international clients. Working in direct collaboration with the Senior Management team, this is a position that involves engagement in both day-to day Account Direction and team management, as well as high-level strategic planning and the opportunity to be involved in Business Development.
Overseeing a portfolio of Fashion and Beauty brands, the Account Director is responsible for leading a team of employees in the successful management and representation of their ‘team portfolio’, ensuring a qualitative approach to Public Relations in the GCC, and achieving certain KPIs associated with the accounts.
The Account Director ensures that best-practice standards are always in place, from strategy development through to campaign execution, and enjoys a level of autonomy in the management of their ‘working group’ to best utilise and develop the talents of their team.
This role requires significant industry experience in a similar Senior PR position, working specifically across Fashion and Beauty clients, preferably with experience or insight into the GCC Market. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong sense of self-direction, and a desire to take on a top leadership role within a market-leading, fast- paced and dynamic agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES
– Development and implementation of innovative and effective GCC-wide strategies for PR clients, spanning Press, Influencer, and VIP Relations
– Leadership of a dedicated team within the company, providing structure, mentorship and guidance to ensure smooth workflow and delivery
– Securing qualitative, high-value PR coverage and other results in line with allocated KPIs, always aiming to exceed targets
– Demonstrate strong leadership skills, including allocation of tasks, mentoring of direct reports, and providing clear, critical feedback
– Responsibility for the successful delivery of organic and commercial PR projects carried out on behalf of clients, including planning, implementation, and post-activity analysis
– Work in partnership with the Faux Events team to effectively plan and host events, activations, and other concepts for agency clients
– Provide active contribution to the business development goals of the agency, participating in the development and presentation of pitches for new business
– Maintain a strong awareness of industry trends, talents, and other movements, in order to provide the best possible insight to clients, GCC-wide
– Planning and negotiation of commercial talent and media deals on behalf of clients, including advertorials, ambassadorship deals, and paid campaigns
– Daily budget management including the responsible planning, spending, and tracking of client budgets
– Team management to ensure the accurate data gathering, analysis and client reporting are carried out within provided deadlines
– Active contribution to the development of a positive workplace culture, collaborating and sharing suggestions with Senior Management on ways to best motivate and reward the team.
QUALIFICATIONS
– A bachelor’s or master’s degree in public relations, communications or other relevant discipline
– Proven leadership skills, with the ability to confidently guide, motivate and manage a team
– A creative thinker who values innovation, bringing to the table fresh ideas and strategies
– At least 8 years of industry experience including in the role of Public Relations /Communications Manager, specifically in the Fashion and/or Beauty industries
– Proven success in a previous senior PR role, including the securing of high-value coverage, and generation of market-leading ideas
– Excellent regional networks with the leading press, influencers, stylists and celebrities
– A positive and engaged attitude to relationship development in the region
– An awareness and understanding of regional market nuances, and their impact on Fashion and Beauty
brand management
– Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills, in order to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment where many projects are carried out in parallel
– High level of organization and experience in complex workflow management, with the ability to hit strict
deadlines and KPIs
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into engaging stories
– Ad-hoc regional and international travel may be required.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The PR Manager is responsible for leading a range of PR accounts and developing and executing their strategies. This role oversees client representation spanning media engagement, influencer relations, and select commercial opportunities. Managing a portfolio of brands, the PR Manager is the key point of contact for each brand, and their public-facing representative for PR activity in the region.
The core role of the PR Manager is to secure positive coverage for clients spanning print, digital, broadcast, and social media in the region, aligning with each brand’s individual strategy. The PR Manager conceives these seasonal strategies, and puts plans in place for their execution, managing a broader team to reach and exceed KPIs.
The PR Manager builds and maintains excellent relationships with regional media and influencers, identifying key opportunities to secure client coverage, and actioning both long-term planning and organic opportunities, to maximize exposure for their brands.
In addition, the PR Manager works hand in hand with clients to conceptualize and create localized campaigns, photo and video shoots, commercial influencer partnerships, and other ‘360 planning’ aspects of Faux’s client servicing.
Working hand in hand with the broader PR team, the PR Manager requires leadership skills for the mentoring and direction of junior staff, creating structured work plans for their activity, and setting clear benchmarks and deadlines for the submission of work.
QUALIFICATIONS
-Proven professional experience as a PR Manager within the fashion and/or beauty industries, with more than 3 years of experience

ABOUT THE ROLE
Faux is seeking an experienced Events and Production Manager to join the agency’s team.
The role of Event and Production Manager is a leadership position, requiring a candidate with both strong Creative Direction and Production experience. This role involves spearheading the creative development and production of Faux events and campaigns across the agency’s portfolio. Collaborating with leading fashion and beauty brands, this position demands a high standard of excellence in the areas of client management, creative direction and production ability, in order to produce global-standard events and content.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Managing and producing Faux’s client and partner events from pitch process and creative concept development, through to production and event management on the ground at the venue
-Acting as the driving force behind other production projects including photo and video shoots, the creation of localised brand campaigns and other content.
-Take ownership for the successful production of intimate scale events (such as in store events and dinners) through to large scale concepts involving complex production elements, with the ability to adapt to these varying briefs seamlessly
-Overseeing an in-house Event & Production team as well as external vendors and suppliers, in order to meet strict deadlines and ensure a cohesive approach to event
management
-Maintaining an awareness of the region’s top venues, third-party vendors, and talent in
order to always be making the best possible recommendations for events and activations across the GCC
-Maintain a knowledge of event technology, competitor brand activations, attendee engagement methods, relevant technology, techniques, and hosting styles
-Build and oversee the responsible and accurate management of production budgets
-Work with PR Department and external vendors to plan and implement a variety of events, providing content, technical and logistical support
-Manage and initiate contracts, insurance requirements, permits, invoices and payments
for contractors and vendors
QUALIFICATIONS
-At least 5 years of event management and production experience in an equivalent organization or brand
-Must be a collaborative self-starter with a strong work ethic, and someone who enjoys working as part of a team on multiple, large and complex event projects
-Experience in the development of creative briefs, event ideation, and concept development to meet the requirements of clients, with a strong sense of innovation and creative thinking
-Project management and production experience, with an existing network of regional suppliers, relevant to luxury brand event production
-A team-player with a collaborative spirit who can both lead a team and collaborate with multiple partners and stakeholders
-Strong organizational skills, hands-on mentality and the capacity to effectively manage a number of significant projects in parallel
-Strong attention to detail with an understanding of the high standards required for luxury brand event management, in order to ensure flawless event execution
