ABOUT THE ROLE
The role is a key position and involves spearheading the development of the Faux event production capabilities. Collaborating with leading fashion and beauty brands, this position demands a high standard of excellence in the areas of client management. The ideal candidate is meticulous, detailed-oriented and organised. Our future Head of Events & Production can coordinate multiple moving parts and ensure that any last-minute changes or obstacles are handled with minimal disruption.
Above all, the Head of Events & Production will bring a strong sense of creative and technical direction and ensure that events fit into our broader communications strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Designing, Managing and Producing Faux’s client events from pitch process and creative concept development to production and event management on the ground at the venue (from intimate events to large scale concepts).
• Work closely with the Management and PR Teams to effectively interpret client briefs, developing best practices, innovative suggestions and plans to bring initial concepts to life.
• Overseeing external vendors and suppliers to meet strict deadlines and ensure a cohesive approach to event management.
• Maintaining an awareness of the region’s top venues, third-party vendors, and talent in order to always be making the best possible recommendations for events and activations across the GCC.
• Conduct pre and post event evaluations and report on outcomes.
• Build and oversee the responsible and accurate management of production budgets.
• Manage and initiate contracts, insurance requirements, permits, invoices and payments for contractors and vendors.
• Maintain a knowledge of event technology, competitor brand activations, attendee engagement methods, relevant technology, techniques, and hosting styles.
• Support in the creation of items required to be produced for Faux and its clients outside of traditional events, for other gifting or activations requiring ‘produced elements’.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPECTATIONS
▪ Minimum 6 years of project and event management experience in an equivalent Fashion and/or Beauty PR organisation or for a Fashion and/or Beauty in-house brand.
▪ Strong sense of innovation and creative thinking (experience in the development of creative briefs, event ideas and concept development) to meet the requirements of clients.
▪ Excellent network of regional suppliers and vendors, relevant to luxury brand event production.
▪ Strong organisational skills, hands-on mentality and the capacity to effectively manage several significant projects in parallel.
▪ Strong attention to detail with an understanding of the high standards required for luxury brand event management to ensure flawless event execution.
▪ Thrives in a fast-paced environment, resourceful and excellent multi-tasker.
▪ Dubai-based event management experience is required.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Account Director is a central leadership role within Faux, spanning key pillars of strategic development and project implementation for both local and international clients. Working in direct collaboration with the Senior Management team, this is a position that involves engagement in both day-to-day Account Direction and team management, as well as high-level strategic planning and the opportunity to be involved in Business Development.
Overseeing a portfolio of Beauty brands, the Account Director is responsible for leading a team of employees in the successful management and representation of their ‘team portfolio’, ensuring a qualitative approach to Public Relations in the GCC, and achieving certain KPIs associated with the accounts.
The Account Director ensures that best-practice standards are always in place, from strategy development through to campaign execution, and enjoys a level of autonomy in the management of their ‘working group’ to best utilise and develop the talents of their team.
This role requires significant industry experience in a similar Senior PR position, working specifically across Beauty clients, preferably with experience or insight into the GCC Market. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong sense of self-direction and a desire to take on a top leadership role within a market-leading, fast-paced and dynamic agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES
– Development and implementation of innovative and effective GCC-wide strategies for PR clients, spanning Press, Influencer, VIP and CRM Relations
– Leadership of a dedicated team within the company, providing structure, mentorship and guidance to ensure smooth workflow and delivery
– Securing qualitative, high-value PR coverage and other results in line with allocated KPIs, always aiming to exceed targets
– Demonstrate strong leadership skills, including allocation of tasks, mentoring of direct reports, and providing clear, critical feedback
– Responsibility for the successful delivery of organic and commercial PR projects carried out on behalf of clients, including planning, implementation, and post-activity analysis
– Work in partnership with the Faux Events team to effectively plan and host events, activations, and other concepts for agency clients
– Provide active contribution to the business development goals of the agency, participating in the development and presentation of pitches for new business
– Maintain a strong awareness of industry trends, talents, and other movements, to provide the best possible insight to clients, GCC-wide
– Planning and negotiation of commercial talent and media deals on behalf of clients, including advertorials, ambassadorship deals, and paid campaigns
– Local content creation: show expertise and ease in handling production and post-production of localised campaigns, which are specifically targeted to the GCC market
– Daily budget management, including the responsible planning, spending, and tracking of client budgets
– Team management to ensure the accurate data gathering, analysis and client reporting are carried out within the provided deadlines
– Active contribution to the development of a positive workplace culture, collaborating and sharing suggestions with Senior Management on ways to best motivate and reward the team.
QUALIFICATIONS
– A bachelor’s or master’s degree in public relations, communications or other relevant discipline
– At least 8 years of PR industry experience, including in the role of Public Relations / Communications Manager, specifically in the Beauty industry
– At least 3 years in a similar role or as a Senior PR Manager, specifically in the Beauty industry
– A strong media and influencer network across the GCC is an essential requirement
– Proven leadership skills, with the ability to confidently guide, motivate and manage a team
– A creative thinker who values innovation, bringing to the table fresh ideas and strategies
– Proven success in a previous senior PR role, including the securing of high-value coverage and the generation of market-leading ideas
– Excellent regional networks with the leading press, influencers, stylists and celebrities
– A positive and engaged attitude to relationship development in the region
– An awareness and understanding of regional market nuances, and their impact on Beauty brand management
– A keen interest in social media trends and a keen interest in staying ahead of the curve, always to nourish our clients with fresh concepts and locally relevant and time-sensitive social listening ideas
– Strong multi-tasking and organisational skills, to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment where many projects are carried out in parallel
– High level of organisation and experience in complex workflow management, with the ability to hit strict deadlines and KPIs
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into engaging stories

ABOUT THE ROLE
The PR Executive is a crucial role within the PR team, providing support to the senior team across a range of activities including logistics management, reporting, client liaison, media and influencer liaison, supplier sourcing and negotiation, and beyond. The role is multifaceted, including both behind- the-scenes and public-facing aspects, and requires a confident personality, with a strong sense of proactivity and personal responsibility.
Strong relationships with regional media and influencers, and an in-depth understanding of the regional media landscape are key. An awareness of the global Fashion and/or Beauty industries is ideal, in order to provide services and advice with an understanding of the global context for Faux’s portfolio of brands.
While previous agency experience is beneficial and valued in this role, it is vital that the candidate be an effective fit in terms of having a professional disposition, a proactive approach, and a determination to achieve great results.
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Liaise on a daily basis with clients and the media and other third parties in order to execute client strategies.
– Build and maintain relationships with regional press, influencers and VIPs
– Assist the showroom and admin team in the monitoring of media for client coverage and to identify opportunities for pitching.
– Support the PR Manager in the representation of their client list, including:
o Generation and upkeep of client press kits for the accurate and appealing representation of brands to press
o Research, create and distribute press releases to targeted media in line with the overarching strategy for clients
o Generation of positive news coverage for the clients, meeting monthly and seasonal KPIs, with a view to constantly over-delivering on client expectations
o Schedule interviews, features, and/or public appearances for clients as required
o Support with monthly report compilation and distribution both internally, and externally
o Attend regular client meetings or calls, compiling and sharing meeting notes and action points.
– Project management of client and agency events on a seasonal basis, including venue sourcing, supplier sourcing and negotiation, guest list management and on-the-ground hosting.
